Palliative Care

It’s a lot to care for a loved one. We will supplement whatever hours you receive from LHIN  by spending time with your loved one while you go out to run errands or take a coffee with a friend or just a well-deserved break from caregiving. Our nurses and caregivers are well-trained in dementia care ad are able to provide assistance with activities of daily living. Providing compassionate care and comfort at the end of life for those who wish to remain at home to be able to do so comfortably. This often includes medication administration for pain and symptom management, and support not only for the terminally ill but for the family/caregiver as well.
